Job summary

Autumnal Partners Ltd is seeking a Fund Controller to join its London finance team. You will take ownership of fund accounting, financial reporting and NAV processes across private credit strategies, working with senior finance professionals and external service providers.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
• Strong experience in fund accounting or fund control, ideally within private credit or alternative investment funds.
• Understanding of closed-ended fund structures, waterfall calculations and investor allocations.
• Experience managing external administrators and delivering accurate financial reporting.
• Commercially minded, technically strong and able to own end-to-end processes.

Autumnal Partners are working with an established and growing private credit investment manager looking to appoint a Fund Controller to join its London finance team.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a range of fund finance responsibilities within a sophisticated investment platform, working closely with senior finance professionals, investment teams and external service providers.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
• Strong experience in fund accounting or fund control, ideally within private credit, direct lending or alternative investment funds.
• Sound understanding of closed-ended fund structures, waterfall calculations and investor allocations.
• Experience managing external administrators and delivering accurate financial reporting.
• Commercially minded, technically strong and comfortable taking ownership of processes.
