Job summary

The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Senior Clinical Trial Coordinator for the Breast Research team on a 15‑month fixed‑term secondment ending 28 January 2028. You will coordinate trials across a world‑leading breast cancer portfolio, supervise junior staff, and contribute to trial setup, delivery and oversight in a busy NHS environment.

Qualifications

• Recent GCP training.
• Life Sciences degree or relevant experience.
• Experience in clinical trials and NHS or equivalent.
• Experience in oncology or cancer research is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for trials conducted within the unit and ensure GMP and SOP compliance.
• Convey Clinical R&D Office requirements to clinical staff.
• Provide efficient trial coordination and oversee day-to-day trial activities.
• Line-manage administrative staff and support trial portfolio planning.
