Job summary

The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust’s Breast Research team invites applications for a Band 6 Senior Clinical Trial Coordinator on a 15-month fixed-term secondment ending 28 January 2028. This role offers exposure to a world-leading breast cancer portfolio, with responsibility for trial set-up, delivery and oversight.

You will support and supervise other research staff, coordinate trials in line with GCP and Trust SOPs, and represent the unit at key meetings. Flexible working may be discussed.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical trials experience and ability to manage multiple trials.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Experience supporting and supervising research staff is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee clinical trials within the Breast Research unit.
• Line manage Clinical Trial Administrators & Coordinators as appropriate.
• Represent the unit at key meetings and liaise with the Research Operations Manager.
