Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating clinical trials in NHS or academic setting.
• Understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and RM/ICR SOPs.
• Ability to liaise with sponsors, R&D and clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Trial set-up: liaise with R&D, pharmacy, finance, laboratories and other support departments for trial set-up and capacity assessment.
• Trial conduct: initiate and manage day-to-day running of allocated trials in line with GCP and RM/ICR SOPs; ensure sponsor-delegated responsibilities are carried out as per contract.
• Trial closure: support trial close-out visits and notify R&D of closures.
• Communication & networking: act as point of contact for trial sponsors; communicate with internal/external staff regarding trial information and confidentiality.
