Job summary

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Care or willingness to complete if successful.

Responsibilities

• Provide fundamental elements of patient care as directed by the nursing team.
• Ensure dignified and respectful care in line with care plans.
• Support patients, relatives and their loved ones as part of the care team.
