Job summary

Perspectum Diagnostics Ltd. is seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager to oversee multiple clinical projects from start-up to close-out, ensuring on-time delivery, budget compliance, and high-quality execution. You will collaborate with pharmaceutical partners, internal specialists and stakeholders to drive operational excellence.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role requires strong leadership, experience in clinical trials, and knowledge of ICH/GCP; you will mentor junior team

Qualifications

• Lead multiple projects from start-up through to close-out with hands-on monitoring.
• Experience with budgeting and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of ICH, GCP and relevant regulations; ability to audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from start up through to close out with hands-on monitoring.
• Support CPJM team with study management and day-to-day operations.
• Identify operational challenges and escalate to stakeholders; suggest improvements.
• Prepare and maintain study documentation.
• Manage monthly budgeting for ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Manage stakeholder interactions and external partnerships.
• Meet client expectations and deliverables.
• Prioritise tasks across projects with competing deadlines.
• Act as public-facing operational contact for assigned projects.
• Align functional groups responsible for selling and delivering Perspectum’s Pharma Solutions offerings.
• Lead setup for new contracted products and services; provide operations advice.
• Oversee continuous improvement in processes and communication.
• Ensure compliance with ICH, GCP; attend audits and address findings.
• Deputising for management in absence.
