This role involves coaching junior team members, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining strong client partnerships while driving operational excellence under ICH/GCP regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human sciences or biological sciences.
• Experience with medical imaging and/or MR physics is desirable.
• Experience leading a team with a hands-on approach.
• Experience working with Clinical Trial Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from start-up to close-out with hands-on monitoring.
• Support the CPJM team with study management and day-to-day operations.
• Identify operational risks and escalate with recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare and maintain study documentation.
• Assist in budgeting for ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery and out-of-scope work control.
• Manage interactions with key stakeholders and build internal/ external partnerships.
• Meet client expectations and deliverables across projects.
• Prioritise tasks across competing deadlines and pressures.
• Act as public-facing operations contact for assigned projects.
