TFS HealthScience is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional clinical projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget. You will coordinate Clinical, Data Management, and Regulatory teams, manage risks, and maintain strong client relationships.

The role requires expertise in clinical trial regulations (ICH-GCP) and a proven ability to mentor junior managers while driving profitability and adherence to SOPs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or similar.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in project management (ideally within clinical research / CRO environment).
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial regulations (e.g., ICH-GCP).
• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Financial and budget management experience.
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end project delivery ensuring timelines, scope, and budget are met.
• Manage cross-functional teams (Clinical, Data Management, Regulatory, etc.).
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance, including financials and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Allocate and manage project resources in collaboration with line managers.
• Report progress and elevate issues where needed.
• Support business development activities, including proposals and bid defenses.
• Mentor junior Project Managers when required.
