Job summary

TFS HealthScience in the UK is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead clinical research projects from initiation through completion. You will drive delivery, manage timelines, budgets, and resources, and work with cross-functional sponsors and teams to meet study objectives.

In this hybrid role, you’ll engage with a global pharmaceutical sponsor and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure studies are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with GCP and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• PM experience within CRO/biotech/pharma environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience managing timelines, budgets, resources and risks.
• Hybrid environment with ~3 days onsite near Slough.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of clinical research projects in line with timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsor stakeholders and maintain strong working relationships.
• Coordinate and oversee cross-functional project teams to ensure collaboration and execution.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while managing issues and escalations.
• Monitor project performance, resource allocation, deliverables, and financial metrics.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, SOPs, GCP, and sponsor requirements.
