TFS HealthScience is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional clinical projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards. You will coordinate Clinical, Data Management, Regulatory, and related teams while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role is based in a CDS team environment, dedicating to one sponsor and contributing to business development activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or similar.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management within clinical research or CRO.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial regulations (ICH-GCP).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end project delivery to meet timelines, scope and budget.
• Manage cross-functional teams (Clinical, Data Management, Regulatory, etc.).
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
• Act as main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor performance, including financials and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Allocate and manage project resources with line managers.
• Report progress and elevate issues when needed.
• Support business development activities, including proposals.
• Mentor junior Project Managers when required.
