TFS HealthScience is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional clinical projects, ensuring delivery aligned with timelines, budget and quality. You will coordinate teams across Clinical, Data Management and Regulatory, maintaining strong client relationships and mitigating risks.

The role requires ownership of project plans, budgets and performance metrics, while upholding compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelors in Life Sciences or similar field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, preferably in clinical research/CRO.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial regulations (ICH-GCP).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end project delivery to meet timelines, scope, and budget.
• Manage cross-functional teams (Clinical, Data Management, Regulatory, etc.).
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
• Act as main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance, including financials and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Allocate and manage resources with line managers.
• Report progress and escalate issues as needed.
• Support business development activities, including proposals and bid defenses.
• Mentor junior Project Managers when required.
