Job summary

TFS HealthScience is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee clinical research projects from initiation through completion. You will drive delivery, manage timelines, budgets and resources, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet sponsor expectations.

Work is in a hybrid environment with approximately 3 days onsite near Slough, UK. You will join a global CRO known for its full-service capabilities, resourcing, and FSP solutions, delivering value to patients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field is required.
• Previous project management experience within CRO, biotech, or pharma.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of clinical research projects against timelines and budget.
• Act as primary contact for sponsor stakeholders and maintain relationships.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to enable effective collaboration.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; manage issues and escalations.
• Monitor project performance, resource allocation, and financial metrics.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, SOPs, GCP, and sponsor requirements.
