Keynsham PCN is seeking an experienced pharmacist to lead and develop a collaborative Pharmacy team within the PCN. The post holder will provide clinical leadership to Pharmacists and Technicians, drive medicines optimisation and support professional development in a patient-centred environment.

The role includes supervising learning, managing performance, and contributing to policy, SOPs and enhanced services across the network in Keynsham, between Bath and Bristol.

Formación

• Experienced pharmacist with leadership responsibilities within a PCN.
• Able to supervise and mentor Clinical Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians.
• Lead medicines optimisation and drive quality improvement initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead medicines optimisation and quality improvement initiatives.
• Identify and implement improvements in prescribing practice.
• Oversee clinical policy, protocol, and SOP development.
• Line manage probation and annual appraisals for Clinical Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians.
• Advise on learning and development needs for Clinical Pharmacists.
• Lead management of the quality and outcomes framework and enhanced services.
