Moderna is seeking a Senior Manager, Site Budgets & Contracts to lead the creation and oversight of investigator site budgets across multiple trials. You will benchmark budgets using FMV data, collaborate with CROs and Clinical Operations, and drive budget negotiations within CTA processes to support timely site activation.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, cross‑functional partnership, and adherence to GCP‑driven principles in a global start‑up and execution context.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ direct experience in global investigator site budget creation and negotiations; strong experience in the use of GrantManager/GrantPlan; preferable experience in CTA template language negotiations and/or support in collaboration with Legal.
