The Senior Clinical Lead Nurse offers specialist expertise working with individuals with learning disabilities, mental health issues, and behaviors that challenge. The role involves providing clinical leadership at the Najurally Centre assessment and treatment unit (ATU), offering advice on clinical risk, mental health assessments, formulation, and care planning for admissions.
The role emphasizes collaboration and effective teamwork to ensure optimal patient care. The Senior Clinical Lead Nurse will build positive relationships with healthcare providers, facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration, and actively participate in care conferences, case discussions, and meetings with the multidisciplinary team.
