Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced clinical lead Speech and Language Therapist to champion Developmental Language Disorder (DLD) services for children across the local area. You will provide strategic, clinical and professional leadership, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care and advanced assessment and intervention for complex cases.

The role includes supervision, service development, research, audit and participation in Education, Health and Care planning

Formación

• Degree in SLT and HCPC registration required.
• Significant post-registration experience with children with SLCN/DLD.
• Experience with EHCP assessments and statutory processes.
• Experience providing clinical supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and professional leadership for DLD services across Children's SLT.
• Lead service development, care pathway improvements and high-quality practice.
• Support EHCP processes and multi-agency collaboration.
• Supervise therapists, assistants and students and lead on audits.
