Job summary

Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Lead for Neurodiversity Speech & Language Therapy to provide high-level management and clinical oversight for the CYP neurodiversity team at Cedar House, St. Michael's Community Hospital site in London.

The role focuses on leading practice, supporting families, and coordinating with education, health and social services to deliver person-centred care for children under six with neurodivergent needs.

Qualifications

• Recognised speech and language therapy degree or equivalent.
• Registration with the HCPC (licence to practice).
• Registered member of the Royal College of Speech & Language Therapists (RCSLT).
• Postgraduate qualification in a relevant area such as Autism.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice and provide specialist support to children and families within the neurodiversity team.
• Collaborate with Health, Education, Social Services and other partners to deliver holistic care.
• Manage designated caseload and develop training for families and external services.
