Qualifications

• Life science BSc with demonstrable experience of Clinical Data Management in pharma/biotech industry.
• Experience leading Data Management activities in clinical trials.
• Proficient use of Data Management systems with strong knowledge of processes, tools and documentation.
• Experience using Medidata Rave; Oncology or Neurology trials advantageous.
• Some experience with line management; mentoring external/contract staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review standard CRFs, Data Management Plans, Validation Specifications and Data Transfer Specifications.
• Provide Data Management inputs during study protocol development; contribute to a clinical library.
• Develop and maintain Data Management SOPs and related process documents.
• Oversee CRO performance related to Data Management activities; act as sponsor representative for outsourced DM activities.
