Job summary

Healthtech-1 is seeking a Senior Clinical Account Executive to help GP practices adopt our platform and improve patient access. You’ll engage with GP partners and practice teams, understand operational pain points, and demonstrate how our solutions can streamline workflows.

The role blends clinical insight with strategic, commercial responsibilities in a startup environment. The position offers a hybrid work model in London (4 days in-office, 1 day WFH) with a salary range of £45,000–£75,000

Qualifications

• Clinical credibility and empathy matter more than traditional sales experience.
• Experience engaging with GP partners and practice managers is a plus.
• Willingness to operate in a fast-moving startup environment with strong targets.

Responsibilities

• Speak directly with GP partners, Practice Managers, and their teams.
• Understand operational pain points and explain how our products can support GP practices.
• Guide practices from sign-up to go-live and help drive adoption across sites.
