Job summary

Titan Wealth Group is expanding and seeking a Senior Client Support Administrator to back Financial Advisers, manage complex client cases, and ensure compliant, efficient servicing. You will oversee new business submissions, client reviews, and ongoing servicing while collaborating with advisers and operations.

You will need a solid understanding of FCA regulations, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise workload.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting an Adviser.
• Regulatory or financial industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Methodical and organised approach.
• Computer literate with attention to detail.
• Customer focused with service-excellence mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for client reviews by updating client and plan information on IO.
• Request plan information from providers and chase for timely receipt.
• Update contributions and withdrawals and link plan transfers.
• Add missing policy information to IO as required.
• Validate funds and ensure price feeds feed correctly.
• Check income expectations and adjust as needed.
• Collate costs/charges and income details for plans.
• Create and check client valuation reports using templates in IO.
• Produce client letters and OneNote packs as requested by advisers.
• Handle day-to-day enquiries via phone and email and maintain client files.
• Assist with new business processing and application submissions.
• Liaise with product providers and chase as needed.
• Stay updated on new products, regulations, and TCf/ RCR practices.
