Job summary

Valitana LLC is seeking a Senior Associate, Client Services in the United Kingdom. You will become an expert in Valitana’s multi-asset class platform, delivering white-glove service to clients and guiding them through features to maximize platform value.

Responsibilities include supporting hedge funds, banks, trustees, and CLO/ABL managers; analyzing fixed income and deal structures; ensuring SMA compliance; and developing client-specific data workflows using the Vantage plugin.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in math, engineering, finance, or financial operations with client-facing duties.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Honours bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Familiarity with collateralized loan obligations is a plus.
• Python is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality client support to hedge funds, banks, trustees, insurers and CLO/ABL managers.
• Analyze financial metrics across fixed income, private credit, and deal structures (ABL, CLOs).
• Assist with compliance for SMA and managed deals.
• Guide users on Valitana’s Vantage platform and leverage Excel-based spreadsheets.
• Build client-specific metrics and data workflows; assist data uploads in Vantage.
• Light travel may be required (最大10%) for events in UK, EU, or USA.
