Valitana is a rapidly growing FinTech company delivering cutting-edge SaaS solutions to institutional investors. We seek a Client Services Associate with deep CLO modeling expertise to join our Vantage Client Services team in the United Kingdom.

This senior, client-facing role combines structured finance fluency with advanced platform mastery and white-glove service. You will model CLO/ABL deals, perform indenture analysis, configure compliance testing for SMAs, and build tailored metrics and

Qualifications

5–7+ years in structured finance or CLO modeling.
Ability to read indentures and translate terms into models.
Strong CLO mechanics knowledge: waterfalls, OC/IC tests, concentration limits.
Prior client-facing consulting or relationship-management experience.
Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
AI literacy is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or related quantitative field.

Responsibilities

Model CLO and ABL deals within Vantage platform, including waterfalls and tranches.
Perform indenture analysis to configure platform compliance.
Configure and maintain compliance testing for SMAs.
Provide white-glove service to institutional clients.
Create custom metrics, workflows, and Excel models.
Assist clients with onboarding and data uploads.
Share knowledge on CLO structures with teammates.
