Richardson Sales Performance is seeking a Client Success Manager (UK) to lead client engagements focused on sales performance improvement and value realization across a remote, national footprint.

You will drive retention, renewals, and expansion with cross-functional teams, analyze ROI data, and develop multi-year client success plans. Remote-first role with up to 25% travel and emphasis on growth across accounts.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred in Business Management, Performance Improvement, HR/Training, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in client success, programme/project management, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and insights.
• Must be willing and able to travel up to 25%.
