Standard Chartered is seeking a Client Service Manager for its Private Banking division. You will support Relationship Managers, focus on high-net-worth clients, and help deliver exceptional service while upholding compliance standards.

Key duties include assisting RMs in targets, deepening client relationships, handling CDD reviews, and coordinating cross-departmental efforts to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing service quality.

Qualifications

• AML policies & procedures knowledge required.
• Strong customer interaction skills.
• Experience in relationship management.

Responsabilités

• Assist assigned RMs to achieve financial targets by providing strong support function.
• Put clients at the heart of day-to-day activities and deliver excellent service.
• Develop relationships within your sphere of influence to satisfy customer needs and resolve problems.
• Provide accurate and timely support to Relationship Managers and produce high-quality client communications.
• Refer cross-sell opportunities to Relationship Managers and manage timely CDD reviews.
