Job summary

Standard Bank Offshore is seeking a dedicated support professional to assist Relationship Managers. You will contribute to credit applications, liaise with risk and credit teams, and address client queries, ensuring a seamless client experience.

You will work with internal departments to provide timely admin support, identify opportunities, and help onboard new clients while adhering to compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

• Secondary/High school/A levels required.
• 3-4 years experience in Business & Commercial Banking.
• Broad knowledge of the banking industry with exposure to AML, CFT and ABC advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to credit applications and renewals; liaise with credit risk team.
• Address client queries timely; act as liaison between clients and internal departments.
• Identify sales opportunities and support onboarding of new clients with compliance guidance.
