Job summary

Age UK South Cumbria is seeking a Client Services Manager to lead and develop our Client Services delivery across South Cumbria, spanning two sites. You will manage a diverse team of staff and volunteers, support recruitment and appraisal processes, and identify training opportunities to continuously develop knowledge and skills.

A full UK driving license and access to a car are essential for travel around the region.

Qualifications

• Senior manager with experience leading diverse staff and volunteers.
• Oversee Client Services delivery across two sites in South Cumbria.
• Willingness to travel around South Cumbria; full UK driving licence required.
