Job summary

Herd Digital in Leeds is recruiting a Senior Client Services Account Manager to lead performance marketing for a portfolio of accounts. You will own client relationships, translate business goals into measurable KPIs, and drive joined-up activity across paid media, SEO, social, and CRM.

You'll oversee account plans, revenue targets, and reporting, while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on timelines and budgets in a hybrid Leeds setup.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of paid media, SEO, and social with the ability to review accounts at a high level and challenge strategy.
• Comfortable discussing attribution, tracking, and reporting across performance channels.
• Familiar with GA4, ad platforms, and performance analytics tooling.
• Strong commercial awareness with focus on retention, growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted performance partner to clients, owning the overall success of their performance activity.
• Translate client business goals into clear performance objectives and KPIs across channels.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and ROI.
• Own and evolve account plans, aligning growth opportunities to client goals and agency targets.
• Lead client meetings, status updates, and quarterly reviews, ensuring agendas and channel inputs are timely.
• Create briefs for performance teams, with clear outputs and expectations.
• Keep internal teams informed of client priorities, feedback, and performance expectations.
• Own revenue targets and account growth plans, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities backed by data.
• Oversee campaign delivery across paid, SEO, and social, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Maintain accurate financial forecasts and oversee invoicing in line with deliverables.
• Ensure reporting is clear and insight-led, challenging narrative quality where necessary.
• Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable recommendations for clients.
