Job summary

Leeds:List, a fast-growing digital agency, is seeking account executives to join our client services team after new business wins. You’ll handle delivery and onboarding from inception through to evaluation and rebooking.

You’ll manage multi-channel digital campaigns, communicate with clients regularly, and ensure campaigns stay on track and deliver value. Strong organisation and stakeholder management are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months’ experience delivering marketing campaigns from inception to evaluation.
• Experience coordinating multi-channel campaigns and client onboarding.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to measure campaign value.

Responsibilities

• Managing multi-channel digital campaigns from start to finish.
• Speaking to clients regularly in person, on the phone or via video.
• Regularly communicating with clients and stakeholders by email, phone and meetings.
• Ensuring frequent contact with clients to keep campaigns on track.
• Keeping clients happy and campaigns on schedule.
• Working with the business development team to onboard clients.
• Clearly communicating with clients so they feel valued.
• Creating project plans, managing deadlines and handling resources.
• Gathering information, assets and insights.
