Job summary

ThePlaceToBe in Leeds city centre is seeking a Digital Business Director to lead client servicing on digital performance projects across SEO, PPC and Social. You will own relationships with tier-one clients and coordinate delivery with activation teams in a hybrid, Leeds-based setting.

You will manage a team of 3 Account Directors within a 15-person department, lead stakeholder meetings, support recruitment, and drive growth for brands operating multi-million pound digital spends.

Qualifications

• Experience in client service or account management within a digital/marketing agency.
• Proven track record in SEO, PPC and Social campaigns.
• Ability to lead a team and run stakeholder meetings.
• Experience handling multi-million pound digital spends.
• Comfort working in a busy client services environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage direct client relationships for tier one portfolio.
• Ensure digital performance projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Line manage a team of 3 Account Directors within a 15-person department.
• Collaborate with client service teammates on eCommerce initiatives.
• Maintain secondary client relationships and act as escalation point.
• Participate in long-term team development including recruitment.
