Job summary

Radfield Home Care seeks a Client Services Lead to oversee client care consultations, risk assessments and care planning. You will provide professional leadership to the Field Care Supervisor team and work closely with the Registered Manager to maintain high-quality, person-centred services.

The role involves on-call participation, 37.5 hours per week, and a salary of £30,225 per annum. It requires experience in domiciliary care, strong communication, and regulatory awareness.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in domiciliary care or related leadership role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational and attention to detail.
• Comfort with on-call duties and monitoring client risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead care consultations and care planning for clients.
• Oversee risk management and quality assurance processes.
• Review care plans, MARs and documentation for accuracy.
