Job summary

Radis Community Care in Manchester is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join the Butler Court Extra Care scheme. You will supervise Care Workers, schedule and allocate tasks, and assist with medication and personal care to deliver tailored support to service users.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Team Leader is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to meet clients' needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Conducting supervisions, meetings, and providing support to the Care Workers.
• Scheduling and allocating work to ensure personalized care for each client.
• Assisting with medication and personal care tasks.
• Offering support within the community.
