Job summary

ICON Clinical Research is seeking a Senior Client Services Associate (PCS) in the UK/ Ireland. You will manage COA copyright holder accounts, lead project activities, and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic support.

The role requires client management experience, contract handling, and excellent English with strong MS Office skills. Collaboration with licensing, legal, operations and commercial teams is essential for growth.

Qualifications

• Client management for at least 2 years prior
• Contract management
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Public speaking
• Advanced level of English, MS Office Suite
• Experience in clinical research/COA/pharma/PM is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing COA copyright holder accounts with high engagement and satisfaction
• Lead project management, monitoring, and reporting for assigned accounts
• Coordinate setup and implementation of distribution processes for new COAs with internal teams
• Conduct due diligence to verify copyright ownership
• Advise copyright holders on COA management standards and best practices
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts and cross-functional colleagues
