Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Clinical Contracts Trial Coordinator in the United Kingdom. You will work with clinical sites, vendors, and legal teams to negotiate Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements (CDAs) and support site-level contract execution.

Qualifications

• B.S. or advanced degree (or equivalent degree/experience as per Hiring Manager).
• 1–2 years of relevant contract management experience.
• Experience supporting inspections (preparation activities, audits).
• Desirable: process development (SOP, WI).
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams; familiarity with videoconferencing tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to interact with internal Vertex groups and external groups.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a matrix, cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Route site level agreements for signature via paper or DocuSign.
• QC site level agreements to ensure signatures, execution date and protocol number consistency.
• Distribute site level agreements to stakeholders.
• File electronically and enter Medidata based on CTA and Budget information.
• Analyze and create reports for Site Contracting Management.
• Serve as primary contact with Investigative Sites or Vendors for CDA negotiations.
• Collaborate with Vertex Legal for contract language negotiations.
