ICON Strategic Solutions in the UK is seeking a Clinical Research Associate with at least 18 months CRA experience to join a sponsor-dedicated model. You will oversee trial monitoring, conduct site visits, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a science or healthcare field, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 60%.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare field.
• 18+ months experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• Near to 4 years' CRA experience to qualify for SCRA level.
• Ability to travel approximately 60% of the time.
• Experience with monitoring, data integrity and site management.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor clinical trial sites to ensure adherence to study protocols and GCP.
• Conduct site visits to assess performance, resolve issues and support trials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely data collection and reporting.
• Provide training and guidance to site staff to maintain trial quality.
• Build and maintain relationships with site personnel and stakeholders.
