Job summary

Barclays in Guernsey seeks an Account Executive to act as a key liaison between the Relationship Manager and internal specialist product teams, delivering high-quality service to clients and coordinating meetings and follow-ups.

You will manage client queries, maintain accurate records, prioritise multiple tasks, and support risk-aware, discreet handling of confidential information while upholding Barclays' values.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key liaison between the Relationship Manager and internal specialist product teams to deliver high-quality client service.
• Manage incoming client queries and ensure actions are completed accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate client meetings, follow-ups and ensure related actions are completed to a high standard.
• Maintain accurate records and manage multiple priorities with discretion and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with different functions and business areas to ensure a seamless end-to-end client experience.
• Support risk and control activities and uphold Barclays policies and procedures.
