Job summary

ITCH is seeking a Senior Account Manager in Greater London to nurture existing clients, grow accounts year on year, and deliver top‑level service. You will mentor junior staff, lead by example, and contribute to strategic plans and budgets with internal teams.

You will be pivotal in client relationships, commercial thinking, and ensuring all briefs and deliverables are clearly defined for successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management experience.
• Excellent communication and proofreading skills.
• Experience budgeting and quoting for projects.
• Experience leading senior team members.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Grow and develop client accounts with the wider team.
• Understand client goals and actively participate in solutions.
• Develop strategic account plans for each client.
• Collaborate with Head of Client Partners to grow accounts.
• Pitch ideas and work with Producers on budgets and timings.
• Ensure project scopes and kickoff are defined and set up.
