Opus People Solutions is recruiting for a Client Acquisition Marketing Executive in Mayfair. The role is hybrid and focuses on guiding new customers from initial enquiry to adviser allocation, with an emphasis on exceptional customer experience and accurate CRM data.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Advisers and Operations to optimise the client journey, using insights to improve campaigns and content while maintaining compliance with FCA and GDPR requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles, especially in financial services.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with a focus on accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of new customer enquiries received centrally and respond promptly.
• Identify the most appropriate adviser, service or location for each client and ensure a smooth handover.
• Maintain accurate customer and prospect information within CRM systems.
• Produce and contribute to reporting around enquiry volumes and adviser outcomes.
• Work with Marketing and Operations to improve the end-to-end customer journey.
