Source Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Onboarding Specialist for an offshore law firm and corporate services client. You will own the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle and ensure compliance with AML/CFT standards.

Based in the United Kingdom, Jersey or Guernsey familiarity is valued, with five years in onboarding or CDD and a strong grasp of AML requirements. ICA Advanced Certificate or Diploma in CDD/AML is desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in onboarding, CDD or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT requirements in Jersey and Guernsey.
• ICA Advanced Certificate or Diploma in CDD or AML is desirable.

Be part of a professional and collaborative team in this varied role. You'll play a key part in, delivering complex onboarding activities across our client's offshore law firm and corporate services group.

You'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle, liaising with clients to obtain CDD and other required information, maintaining accurate records and working closely with fee earners to ensure the timely and efficient completion of onboarding processes. You'll enjoy this role if you have at least five years' experience in onboarding, CDD or a similar position, together with excellent knowledge of AML/CFT requirements in Jersey and Guernsey. Previous experience within a law firm would be advantageous, while an ICA Advanced Certificate or Diploma in CDD or AML would be desirable.
