Job summary

Source Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Onboarding Specialist for an offshore law firm and corporate services client. You will own the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle and ensure compliance with AML/CFT standards.

Based in the United Kingdom, Jersey or Guernsey familiarity is valued, with five years in onboarding or CDD and a strong grasp of AML requirements. ICA Advanced Certificate or Diploma in CDD/AML is desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in onboarding, CDD or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT requirements in Jersey and Guernsey.
• ICA Advanced Certificate or Diploma in CDD or AML is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for clients.
• Liaise with clients to obtain CDD and other required information.
• Maintain accurate records and document onboarding activities.
• Collaborate with fee earners to ensure timely completion.
