2i Recruit Ltd is seeking an Onboarding Executive for our client in Guildford to support the Senior Onboarding Executive in managing new client accounts with a focus on AML/compliance.

You will conduct client checks, maintain records, and ensure regulatory adherence while building strong relationships with clients and internal teams. A Bachelor’s degree and AML/CDD knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and strong knowledge of CDD and AML procedures.
• Professional communication with colleagues and clients.
• Experience in client onboarding and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough checks on new and existing clients to evaluate risk.
• Analyse client backgrounds, activities, and ownership to identify risks.
• Ensure client information is accurate and well-organised.
• Report high-risk or suspicious clients to the compliance team.
• Implement and maintain compliance policies and controls per UK regulations.
• Identify and report suspicious transactions to the compliance team.
• Stay informed about evolving regulations and adjust onboarding processes.
• Build strong client relationships with clear compliance guidance.
• Collaborate with Residential Property team to improve onboarding.
• Maintain records of compliance activities for audits and reporting.
• Prepare regular compliance status reports for senior management.
