Job summary

Nuvo Hiring seeks an ACA/ACCA qualified senior client leader to join a regional accountancy practice. You will manage a portfolio of SME clients, advising on accounts, VAT and broader commercial matters.

You will review work, uphold service standards and ensure engagements remain commercially sound while mentoring junior colleagues and supporting workflow consistency across the team. This is a portfolio-led, hybrid role with a 4-day working week.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified with strong experience in accountancy practice.
• Confidence advising business owners.
• Experience reviewing work and supporting others.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of SME clients and act as trusted adviser across accounts, VAT and commercial matters.
• Review work, maintain service standards and ensure engagements remain commercially sound.
