Job summary

Nuvo Hiring seeks an ACA/ACCA qualified senior client leader to join a regional accountancy practice. You will manage a portfolio of SME clients, advising on accounts, VAT and broader commercial matters.

You will review work, uphold service standards and ensure engagements remain commercially sound while mentoring junior colleagues and supporting workflow consistency across the team. This is a portfolio-led, hybrid role with a 4-day working week.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified with strong experience in accountancy practice.
• Confidence advising business owners.
• Experience reviewing work and supporting others.

This is a portfolio-led role combining client advisory, commercial oversight and team support.

The Role

About You

You are ACA or ACCA qualified with strong experience in accountancy practice.

You are commercially aware, organised and comfortable balancing client service with leadership responsibility.
