Job summary

• Experience in Affiliate Marketing and digital media/client services with responsibility for digital marketing teams.
• Proven people management experience with strong leadership capabilities.
• Understanding of digital channels, online consumer behaviour and digital technology.
• Strategic background in delivering business objectives and initiatives.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead UK Client Development team and mentor Client Development Managers and Associates.
• Develop long-term strategies for flagship accounts and align with client objectives.
• Present ideas and strategies to clients and within the CJ ecosystem.
