Job summary

CJ Affiliate in the UK is seeking a senior Client Development leader to drive strategic partnerships across flagship accounts. You will mentor a team of Client Development Managers and Associates, shaping long-term client strategies and delivery excellence.

You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, present insights and proposals, and align activities with CJ’s data-driven ecosystem to deliver measurable client success.

Qualifications

• Experience in Affiliate Marketing and digital media client services.
• Proven people management and leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of digital channels, tracking, and digital technology.
• Strategic track record delivering business objectives.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Client Development Managers and Associates.
• Manage a portfolio of UK and global client accounts.
• Develop strong client relationships and promote ideas and strategies.
• Present insights and strategies to clients and the CJ ecosystem.
• Steer long-term strategies across flagship accounts.
• Upskill and develop team to CJ expectations.
