Job summary

CJ Affiliate, part of Publicis Groupe, is a leader in global affiliate marketing. The role sits in the UK Client Development team, focusing on strategic, commercial leadership across a portfolio of flagship accounts in London.

You will manage a team of Client Development Managers and associates, mentor staff and steer long-term client strategies while collaborating across CJ's data, technology and digital experience platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in Affiliate Marketing and digital media client services.
• Has people management experience with strong leadership capabilities.
• Understanding the fundamentals of digital channels, tracking online consumer behaviour and digital technology.
• A strategic background on successful delivery of business objectives.
• Proven record of problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Client Development Managers and Associates for a portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and clients.
• Promote ideas and strategies to clients and within CJ's ecosystem.
• Steer long-term strategies across flagship accounts.
• Mentor your team and focus on upskilling and development in line with CJ expectations.
