Job summary

CJ Affiliate, part of Publicis Groupe, seeks a senior leader to manage a portfolio of UK and global brands and to drive long-term client strategies. You will oversee a team of Client Development Managers and Associates, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and promoting CJ’s data-driven strategies across clients and partners.

You will mentor your team, upskill colleagues, and establish yourself as a knowledge source within the CJ ecosystem, aligning activities with clients'

Qualifications

• Experience in Affiliate Marketing with client services leadership.
• Proven ability to manage digital marketing teams and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of digital channels, tracking and consumer behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Lead UK Client Development team, guiding Client Development Managers/Associates.
• Develop and promote long-term strategic initiatives for flagship accounts.
• Mentor team members and drive upskilling aligned with CJ expectations.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and influence client strategy.
