Job summary

CJ Affiliate, part of Publicis Groupe, seeks a senior leader to manage the UK Client Development team. You will lead a group of Client Development Managers and Associates, nurturing key client relationships and steering strategic initiatives across flagship accounts.

You will present ideas and campaigns to clients and within the CJ ecosystem, mentor your team, and ensure alignment with each client’s business objectives. A background in affiliate marketing and digital media is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Affiliate Marketing and digital media with responsibility for digital marketing teams.
• Experience in people management and strong leadership.
• Understanding of digital channels, tracking online consumer behaviour and digital tech.
• Strategic background delivering business objectives.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Client Development Managers/Associates.
• Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders across client portfolios.
• Steer long-term strategies across flagship accounts.
• Promote ideas and strategies to clients and within the CJ ecosystem.
• Upskill and develop team talent in line with CJ expectations.
