Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in media planning or account coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Campaign delivery and coordination from briefing to delivery across regions.
• Provide clear client updates on progress, deliverables and performance.
• Coordinate regional plans, budgets and performance reports.
• Set up governance, templates and quality checks across markets.
• Support finance processes with POs, budgets and billing, and escalate issues.
• Attend and prepare meetings, documenting actions and owners.
