Job summary

WPP Media in London is seeking a talented Client Senior Executive to join OpenDoor, coordinating XCM campaigns across the UK and Europe. You will drive end-to-end campaign delivery, maintain client relationships, and ensure robust operations and high-quality execution.

The role sits within a regional team working remotely across the UK and Germany, reporting to the Regional Client Associate Director. You will liaise with local market teams to ensure consistent delivery and strong client service.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating cross-market campaigns across regions.
• Strong client service and communication skills required.
• Ability to manage timelines, budgets and deliverables across markets.

Responsibilities

• Collaboration across OpenDoor and the wider WPP network to ensure best practices, consistency and on-time delivery.
• Campaign delivery and coordination across regional XCM campaigns and workstreams from briefing to delivery.
• Provide a professional point of contact for client inquiries, delivering clear updates on progress and performance.
• Coordinate regional plans and reports, including weekly spend trackers and campaign status updates.
• Set up and maintain reporting templates, trackers, and campaign documentation; ensure data quality and consistent processes.
• Support finance processes by handling purchase orders, budget trackers and billing discrepancies.
• Participate in and drive regular client, internal and creative agency meetings, documenting actions and deadlines.
