Job summary

WPP Media seeks a Regional Client Manager to join OpenDoor in London. The role reports to the Regional Client Director and supports a junior account management exec. You will ensure consistency and excellent service for Amazon across Europe, coordinating DPAM activities and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes cross-market delivery, governance, and client-facing materials, with a focus on delivering value for XCM campaigns and Amazon initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Solid digital and data knowledge, with media planning/activation experience preferred.
• Proactive problem-solving and ability to work independently to improve ways of working.
• Experience working across multiple markets is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client requests and deliverables to high standards, on time.
• Coordinate activity across DPAM workflow with internal and client stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with hub planning teams and local markets.
• Oversee regional governance, knowledge-sharing, and cross-market consistency.
• Engage specialists across media, analytics, strategy, and finance to deliver integrated solutions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of regional campaigns, including budgeting, reporting, and post-campaign analysis.
• Develop client-facing materials with clear insights and actionable outcomes.
• Drive financial processes, budget tracking and governance compliance.
• Champion innovation using data, tech, automation and AI-enabled tools.
• Provide regional reporting, insights, and optimization recommendations.
• Stay informed on industry developments and Amazon initiatives across OpenDoor network.
